C.A.R.E. Program
If you are a pregnant or parenting adolescent, you probably have a lot of questions about your pregnancy, your baby, and being a parent.
Care is a program specially designed for adolescent parents.
The Care staff is made up of compassionate individuals who will serve you in a confidential and respectful manner. You will also meet other young parents who will support you through friendships.
You qualify for CARE if you:
*Are under 19 years old
*Are pregnant or parenting
*Are in school or an education program, such as Adult Education
The services you receive as a participant of the Care program include:
*Weekly parenting classes held at your school
*Monthly meetings with a Personal Life Coach who will help you with your educational goals
*Home visitation with a Parent Educator who will help you understand your baby’s development
