You will need to bring the following documents to your appointment. If you do not have all the required documents completed and in hand at the time of your scheduled appointment time, you will be rescheduled for a later date:

- Packet of documents completed and legible. Find Documents HERE
- Photo ID
- Pay Stubs illustrating before income reduction and after income reduction
- If a homeowner:
- Mortgage Statements -- 3 consecutive months that are behind due to COVID-19
- If renting:
- Current lease
- Ledger
- Landlord Statement Found HERE
- Utility Bills (if applicable) that are behind due to COVID-19 that are from the same months as the ledger or mortgage statements
- W9 from your landlord or mortgage company. These are not available online and you will need to call and request one. We are unable to do this as you are the account holder.
Please note: CDBG-CV Assistance is
limited to 3 consecutive months. Rent and Mortgage. We are unable to pay loans that were used to pay a mortgage.
**CDBG-CV is limited to 1 assistance payment.
**CDBG-CV is a much longer process as all documents must be submitted to Spartanburg County for approval for payment. Additional documentation may be requested. The process may take up to 2-3 weeks.
