Our Programs

Adult Education

Spartanburg County Adult Education helps adults reach their goals through flexible, supportive learning opportunities across the county. Whether working toward a GED or diploma, improving English skills, or preparing for a new career, students find encouragement and guidance every step of the way.

Certified instructors and career coaches work alongside learners to build confidence, strengthen skills, and open doors to college, better jobs, and brighter futures.

Family
Development

Our Family Development Program partners with families as they grow, adapt, and thrive. Through individualized coaching, goal setting, and connection to community resources, we help families strengthen relationships, build stability, and develop resilience. Rooted in respect and shared commitment, we meet each family where they are and walk with them toward long-term success and well-being.

Harvest Family Ministries

Harvest Family Ministries is a program of the Upstate Family Resource Center, offering initial emergency assistance and helping families develop a personalized plan based on strengths, needs, and priorities. We connect them to additional resources and support them in setting and achieving goals.
Pathways to Progress

Triple P is an evidence-based parenting program with an approach to raising children that aims to promote children’s development and manage their behaviors in constructive and non-hurtful ways. It is based on good communication and positive attention to help children develop.
Vida y Salud

Vida y Salud is a culturally centered program that supports Latino families across Spartanburg County by connecting all family members, parents, children, and youth, with vital health, education, and social resources. While we support the whole family, we place a strong emphasis on perinatal care, mental health, and building resilience starting in early childhood.
