Why enabling is bad

Enabling is as simple as allowing someone to participate in a destructive situation. We all think of enabling as helping when in true essence we are doing more harm for those we love than good. We can provide money, shelter or even what we believe is a safe space.

Creating a safe space for drinking is enabling and is actually destructive for those we care about. Underage drinking is no joke and the law is in place for a reason. Below are some great facts about underage drinking and what kinds of consequences arise by enabling people that are not eligible to drink yet.
